Brent is a highly experienced leader who has achieved success in building world-class support models for multi-billion dollar companies for the past decade. Brent has extensive experience in building and scaling support operations across customer service, payment operations and social media. Brent has been recognized for his unique ability to analyze data for key insights to drive growth and sustainability across the customer experience.

Most recently, Brent was Head of Global Customer Support for DAZN Group, where he led the operations of support for 237+ countries across multiple languages with a customer base of 5M+ across the world. Brent was a founding member of the the global support team, scaling operations from 3 countries to 237+ over a 4.5 year period. Brent was instrumental in establishing best practices, driving efficiency through strict KPI management and insight/analytical disciplines. Brent has a strong commitment to putting the customer first, and developing the strongest relationships across business functions to deliver world-class customer experiences. Brent previously served in the U.S Army and currently resides in NC.
