Caroline's expertise is in growing, scaling and commercializing innovative and emerging brand portfolios, with a particular focus on product development, operations, marketing and distribution. Prior to joining the cannabis industry, Caroline spent 12 years working in food CPG, helping start up food brands with new product development, managing partner and vendor relationships, and operations. She has worked in the cannabis industry for six year, with management roles at two top California cannabis brands, Bloom Farms and Kiva Confections, and brings her experience in both CPG and cannabis to TSUMo Snacks
