Grace is an Investment Associate and the Founder of Docci, a vitamin spray brand that offers consumers wellness on the go, from the palm of their hand. Prior to Redbud, Grace worked as a management consultant for Deloitte in their M&A and Strategy division. Her work spanned multiple industries, including consumer, finance, and healthcare (payer and services). Grace also worked at DaVita, a Fortune 200 healthcare services company, where she evaluated early stage venture opportunities for the company as part of their Corporate Strategy group.

Grace graduated from Claremont McKenna College with honors in economics. In college, she was selected to become a Robert Day Scholar, a merit-based scholarship awarded for demonstrated academic excellence and leadership potential, completing a program that included rigorous coursework in economics, finance and leadership, networking trips and workshops. She is now based in beautiful Orange County, CA.
