John is a multi-faceted business executive who has worked with startups and fast growth companies for the last ten years. John has extensive experience in all aspects of a company’s lifecycle from product development to strategic transactions. John has been involved in multiple capital raises and works extensively on our brands’ behalf to build out the infrastructure and strategy necessary to move at lightning speed.

John was previously General Counsel and Corporate Finance at Urban Decay as part of a team that helped grow the brand to over $1B in retail sales. John has extensive experience in licensing having previously helped secure licenses with the NFL, NBA, MLB, ESPN, Disney, Miramax, Ruby Ruby Rose, and Gwen Stefani. John holds a JD/MBA and is a graduate of UCLA Law School.
