Company

Wellcore is a direct-to-consumer virtual longevity care platform offering virtually painless hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both men and women.

Stage

Wellcore officially launched its first product, telehealth biomarker testing and direct-to-consumer HRT for men, in April 2023 and expanded several months later to female HRT. The Company is currently exploring strategic retail and corporate partnerships to leverage the brand's national medical care platform.

Redbud Studio Role

Marketing & Branding: Identified and secured a brand agency. Created initial graphic design renderings of packaging and product. Tracked digital performance marketing metrics to refine go-to-market strategy and messaging.

Product: Facilitated vendor relationships to secure key differentiating blood collection and injection devices that significantly reduce threshold of protocol adoption

Supply Chain:
Designed packaging and managed material procurement for optimal direct-to-consumer shipping.

Retail Sales & Distribution:
Facilitated connections with potential retail partners.

Legal:
Reviewed and negotiated vendor contracts and managed external counsel.

Finance/Accounting: Built financial budget and pro forma cash flow including working capital management solutions. Managed accounting and tax preparation.

Influencers: Identified and secured meetings with potential spokespeople and awareness influencers.
