Sylvana joined Redbud Brands in 2021 and brings 10 + years of experience in Supply Chain. Before joining Redbud, Sylvana worked at start ups such as Soylent and Califia Farms where she honed her skills in lean operations, inventory management and logistics.

After receiving a BS in Global Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay, Sylvana spent a year teaching at an elementary and high school on the island of Borneo. Sylvana is a native of Los Angeles where she still lives with her husband, daughter and son.
